Dear Mr. Patrick:
In accordance with the Section G.5, Task Order Procedtie.1, of the subject contract, this letter definitizes modification no.1 to Task Order No.1 by exercising the option period. Additionally, this letter confirms that per telephone conversation on September 17,1998, between you and I
the Contra.t Specialist, Mr. Donald King, of the NRC, CNWRA waived its right to a 30 day written notice of the governments'intentio extend the task order.
The option period of Task Order number 1 shall be in effect from October 1,1998, through March 30,2000, with an estimated cost ceiling of $222,921. The amount of $201,452 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs, the amount of $7,367 represents the cost of l
facilities capital, and the sum of $14,102 represents the fixed fee, The obligated amount shall, at no time, exceed the task order ceiling. When and if the amount (s) paid and pay able to the Contractor hereunder shall equal the obligated amount, the Contractor shall not be obligated to continue performance of the work unless and until the Contracting Officer shall increase the amount of obligated with respect to this task order. Any work undertaken by the Centractor in excess of the obligated amount specified above is done so at the Contractor's sole risk.
This task order obligates funos in the amount of $14,500. Accounting data for this task order is as follows:
