'B' centrifugal charging. pump developed a i
significant leak through its mechanical shaft seal.
The pump was a
removed from service and isolated'to stop the leak.
The pump was repaired and returned to service on April 7.
On April 7 at 0436 hours0.00505 days
0.121 hours
7.208995e-4 weeks
1.65898e-4 months
, a turbine runback reduced power to 72%.
The runback was caused by loss of the generator stator cooling pumps due to loss of their electrical power.
Power was restored l
to 100% at 0815 hours0.00943 days
0.226 hours
0.00135 weeks
3.101075e-4 months
.

the plant in Mode 3.
On April 13, pressurizer safety valve 8010C setpoint was found to i
be lower than its Technical Specification allowed value during i
safety valve testing.
The setpoint was adjusted, Gnd the valve
[
was retested satisfactorily.
i Plant cooldown and depressurization was begun o's April 13 at 2325 l
