MODIFICATION NO 1 TO TASK ORDER NO. 004, Entitled " ATLAS -
EVALUATION OF INFILTRATION, SEEPAGE AND GROUND-WATER CONTAMINATION" Under Contract No. NRC-02-98-002
Dear Mr. Patrick:
The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the amount of $17,578 thereby increasing the obligated amount from $48,116 to $65,694 and fully funding the task order. Accordingly, the task order is hereby modified as follows:
The fourth paragraph of the definitization letter is deleted in its entirety and the following is i
substituted in lieu thereof:
This task order obligates funds in the amount of $65,694, of which $59,111 sepresents reimbursable costs, $1,854 represents the cost of facilities capital, and $4,729 represents the fixed fee. Accounting data for this task order modification is as follows:
