Modification No. 6 to Task Order No. 3 Under Contract No. NRC-26-93-289
Dear Mr. Athey:
The subject Task Order expired on April 8, 1998, and we are initiating closeout action.
However, pending completion of all required closeout requirements, it is necessary to deobligate excess funds remaining under Task Order No. 3 of this contract for other immediate agency requirements.
Therefore, the purpose of this modification is to decrease the amount obligated by the Commission with respect to Task Order No. 3 by $12,881.11 from
$266,745.00 to $253,863.89.
t Accordingly, Task Order No. 3 is hereby revised as follows:
i Under Modification No. 2, dated, November 28, 1997, the second paragraph is deleted in its entirety and the following is subarituted in lieu thereof:
"The total-amount presently obligated by the Government with respect to this ttsk order is $253,863.89 of which
$235,059.15 represents the estimated reimbursable costs and
$18,804.74 represents the fixed fee."
