Integrated Leak Rate Testing (criteria change requested by 2/12/86)
Dear Sirs,
PSNH's letter of February 12, 1986 was receive'd in this office February 18, 1986, despite the fact that we have one day mail service.
We object to the request being made for a change in the criteria for allowable leakage rates, and ask that you delay in making any decision in that regard until the area Towns have had reasonable opportunity to review, understand and evaluate the implications to public safety that could result from the changes requested.
By copy of this letter we are asking PSNH to arrange a meeting with the Nuclear Evacuation Feasibility Forum that has been established for the joint consultation of all effected communities.
