NRC HOURS The official hours of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission are 7:30 a.m.

to 4: 15 p.m.

Persons wishing to serve pleadings, papers or documents on the Staff attorneys in the Hearing Division of the Office of the General Counsel by messenger, telecopy or other means should do so during those hours on Cennission business days.

Unless arrangements are made in advance with the Pearing Division case attorney assigned to the proceeding, there is no assurance that service can be had after 4:15 p.m.

Those items not received by the attorney assigned to the case on the day in question will be ccrsidered to be served the following business day.
