NRC HOURS The official hours of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission are 7:30 a.m.
to 4:15 p.m.
Persons wishing to serve pleadings, papers or documents on the Staff attorneys in the Hearing Division of the Office of the General Counsel by messenger, telecopy or other means should do so during those hours on Cermission business days.
Unless arrangements are made in advance with the Fearing Divisier, case attorney assigned to the proceeding, there is no assurance that service can he had af ter 4:15 p.m.
Those items not received by the attorney assigned to the case on the day in question will be eersidered to be served the following business day.
