Participants in Seabrook OL-1 Proceeding before the Appeal Board
SUBJECT:
NRC OFFICIAL HOURS The official hours of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission are 7:30 s.m.
to 4:15 p.m.
Persons having reason to contact the Appeal Panel by telephone, rapifax, or special delivery in connection with pending adjudicatory proceedings should do so within those hours.
Where special, emergency circumstances warrant the use of rapifax or delivery of material to the Appeal Panel's office in Bethesda, Maryland, after 4:15 p.m.,
the party making such filing should notify the Panel's Administrative Secretary (at (301) 492-7663 or (301) 492-76G7) no later than 3:30 p.m. and should describe the nature of the filing and the organization (Commission, Appeal Board, or Licensing Board) to which the filing is actually directed.
If the Appeal Board or Panel Chairman determines that time-sensitive matter is not involved, no special arrangements for post-4:15 p.m. receipt will be made.
Please advise all necessary legal and support staff in your organization of these procedures.
