We have been alerted by the office of the Secretary that two filings sent to the Licensing Board on August 19, 1988, were incorrectly captioned.
The captions on NECNP's Notice Regarding Summary Disposition Motion and NECNP's Answers to Applicants' First Set of Interrogatories and First Request for Production of Documents Regarding New England Coalition on Nuclear Pollution's Contentions concerning RG-58 Cable should be changed to read "Docket Nos. 50-443 OL-1, 50-444-OL-1, Onsite Emergency Planning and Technical Issues."
In addition, I am enclosing signed copies of the affirmation of Robert D.
Pollard, an unsigned copy of which was attached to NECNP's Answers to Applicants' First Set of Interrogatories,
