Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the amount of $48,000, thereby increasing the obligated amount from $3,236,815 to $3,284,815.
Accordingly, the following change is hereby made:
Under Section B - Supplies or Services and Prices / Costs, Paragraph B.4 - Consideration and Obligation-Delivery Orders, the first sentence of Subparagraph (b) is hereby deleted in its
, entirety and substituted in lieu thereof the following:
- "B.4 - CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION l (b) The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is $3,284,815."
A summary of obligations for this contract from award date through the date of this action is provided below:
