Enclosed for filing with the Commission is Philadelphia Electric Company's Application for Amendment of Facility Operating Licenses DPR-44 and DPR-56. This Application requests changes to the Peach Bottom Units 2 and 3 Technical Specifications relating to requirements for containment cooling to address, as an integrated system, those systems which perfom the containment cooling function.
