Dear Mr. Davis:
In accordance with Technical Specification 6.9.1.3, reference (a) provided the Startup Report for Braidwood Unit 1 Cycle 1.
That report covered initial criticality.
Reference (b) provided the Startup Report Supplement, dated May, 1988, covering the time from initial criticality through the 90% power testing plateau.
Enclosed with this letter is the Unit 1, Cycle 1 Start Up Report Final Supplement, dated August, 1988, covering the balance of Startup Testing including the completion of testing at the 100%
power testing plateau.
