The purpose of this modification is to (1) cancel Modification No. 7 which provided for a deobligation of $15.656.10 but was not fully executed, and (2) correct the summary of obligations and cumulative total as stated in Modification No. 9 to reflect the cancellation of Modification No. 7.

NOTE: The unilateral deobligation of $4,219.10 under Modification No. 9 remains unchanged.

Therefore, the contract is modified as follows:

1.

Under Section B.3, CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION, paragraphs a and d are deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following:

(a) The total cost to the Government for full performance of this contract will be $430,957.90 of which the sum of $410.171.90 represents the total reimbursement cost, and of which $20,786.00 represents the fixed fee.

(d) Total funds currently obligated and allocated to this contract is

$430,957.90 of which $410,171.90 represents the total reimbursable cost and

$20,786.00 which represents the fixed fee.

All other terms and conditions of the contract remain unchanged.

A summary of obligations for this contract, from award date through the date of this action is given below:
