CONTRACT NRC-33-92-203, TASK ORDER NO.12 MODIFICATION NO.9
Dear Ms. Hutchison:
The purpose of this modification is to deobligate FY 98 funds in the amount of $60,000, thereby decreasing the obilgated amount of the task order from S2,929,000.00 to $2,869,000.00.
Accordingly, the subject task order is hereby modified as follows:
The third paragraph of the definitization letter dated, September 28,1995, is deleted in its entirety and the fo!!owing is substituted in feu thereof:
"The amount presently obilgated with respect to this task order is $2,869,000.00, of which the amount of $2,758,461.54 represents the reimbursable costs, and the amount of $110.538.46 represents the fixed fee."
