U Modification fio. 2 Supplemental Agreement to Contract No. NRC-04-77-166 SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN PENNSYLVANIA STATE UNIVERSITY AND THE U. S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT, effective the 25th day of October,1978, by and between the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (hereinafter referred to as the
" Government"), as represented by the UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMIS-PENNSYLVANIA STATE SION (hereinafter referred to as the " Commission"), and UNIVERSITY (hereinafter referred to as the " Contractor"),
WITNESSETH THAT:
as hereinafter WHEREAS, the parties desire to modify Contract No. NRC-04-77-166 provided, and this supplemental agreement is authorized by law, including the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974, as amended, and the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, said contract is hereby modified as follows:

In the prefatory sentence of APPENDIX A, the date " November 30, 1978" is substituted for the date " September 30, 1978."
2.
In ARTICLE II - THE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE, the date " November 30, 1978 is sulstituted for the date " September 30, 1978."
