)Y) h-[f Federal Register Notice NUCLEAR REGUIATORY COMMISSION ADVISORY COMMITIEE ON REACTOR SAFEGUARDS SUBCOMMITTEE ON REGULATORY ACTIVITIES Amendment to Agenda The agenda for the October 4,1978 meeting of the ACRS Subcommittee on Regulatory Activities published September 19, 1978 (43 FR 42049) has been amended to read as follows:
(3) Regulatory Guide 1.104, Revision 1, " Overhead Crane Handling Systems for Nuclear Power Plants." It may be necessary for the Subcommittee to hold a closed session for the purpose of explor-ing matters involving proprietary information regarding Regulatory Guide 1.104.
I have determined, in accordance with Subsection 10(d) of Public Law y
92-463, that, should such a session be required, it is necessary to close that session to protect proprietary information (5 U.S.C. 552b(c)(4)).
