STAFF REQUIREMENTS - BRIE NG BY TVA ON TVA REORGANIZATION AND PLANT STATUS, 10:00 A.M.,

TUESDAY, JUNE 21, 1988, COMMISSIONERS' CONFERENCE ROOM, ONE WHITE FLINT NORTH, ROCKVILLE, MARYLAND (OPEN TO PUBLIC ATTENDANCE)

The Commission was briefed by representatives of the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) on the status of Sequoyah Units 1 and 2, Browns Ferry Unit 2 and the upcoming reorganization of TVA.

Presentations by the licensee were made by:

- Marvin T. Runyon, Chairman Board of Directors

- Charles H. Dean, Jr., Director Board of Directors

- John B. Waters, Director Board of Directors

- William F. Willis, General Manager

- Steven A. White, Manager Office of Nuclear Power Chairman Zech requested the staff to submit to the Commission the staff's evaluation of TVA's technical specification changes on its proposed reorganization.

If at all possible, the Chairman requested the staff's evaluation prirr to July 1, 1988.
