4 NRC-31-95-249 MODIFICATION NO. 9 PAGE 2 0F 2 The purpose of this modification is to incorporate a within scope change to the contract to add eight (8) telephone lines which are necessary to accomodate the Disaster Routing Service incorporated into the contract under Modification No.
8: increase the contract ceiling amount by $398.40 from
$202,995.05 to $203,395.45: increase the amount obligated i"..% contract by
$500.00 from $162,820.23 to $163,320.23. Accordingly, the ten ract is hereby modified:

Section B, Subsection B.4 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION -- DELIVERY ORDERS (JUNE 1988), paragraphs a.and b, first sentence, are deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof-

The total estimated amount of this contract (ceiling) for the products / services ordered, delivered, and ecceptea under this I

The amount presently obligated in the contract is $163,320.23."

Section C. is modified to add the following new subsection:
"C.11 DISASTER ROUTING SERVICE The Contractor shall be responsible for installing the Disaster Routing System, including all software, equipment and telephone lines necessary to accorrodated the system."
