11 Comm15E10H is 6eing asked in this paper to act on an order 12 in the Hydro Resources proceeding in which the Commission 13 takes suaspante review of LBP 98-9 in order to provide 14-immediate Commission guidance in an area of concern found 15 admissible by the presiding officer.
16 Each of you has voted to approve a memorandum and 17 order which reverses the presiding officer's decision to 18 admit as'an area of concern failure to obtain proper permits 19 from the Navaho nation.
