Dear Ms. Banovac:
Holtec is pleased to submit RAI responses to the NRC staff questions [1]. Attachment 1 contains the responses. Attachments 2 and 3 to this letter contain a revised version of the renewal application in proprietary and non-proprietary versions. All changes since revision 1 are marked using track changes, however, the information specific to this submittal is highlighted for convenience. Attachment 4 contains an affidavit prepared in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 requesting that the proprietary attachment be withheld from public disclosure.
