TESTIMONY OF BEVERLY HOLLINGWORTH ON BEHALF OF TOWN OF HAMPTON ON SHELTERING CONTENTIONS My name is Beverly Hollingworth and I am the New Hampshire State Representative for District 17, representing the towns of Hampton and Hampton Falls, and have served in this capacity for eight years. I have resided in the town of Hampton for 45 years, and am a lifelong resident of the New Hampshire Seacoast.

Formerly, I served as President and Director of the Town of Hampton Chamber of Commerce and have personally visited or inspected many businesses, cottages, hotels, and motels throughout Hampton Beach. At present, I own a motel in Hampton Beach and have been employed as a motel owner or ol,erator in the New Hampshire Seacoast since 1956.

In September, 1987, many business owners in the Hampton Beach area contacted me , as their state representative, to express their anger and concern that their businesses had been designated as h!k T
