j MR. HOYLE: Thank you, Chairman Jackson. The first item is SECY 214. This regards the Baltimore Gas & Electric Company Calvert Cliffs case. The Commission is being asked to act on an Order addressing the National Whistleblowers Center's September 11 petition for review of the August 27 Board Order denying the

Center's motion for enlargement of time within which to submit contentions. The Order grants an extension until September 30. Each of you has voted to approve the Order. l ask you to affirm your votes.
