Dear Mr. Keppler:
As required by Technical Specification 6.9.1.9, this Callaway Cycle 2 Radial Peaking Factor Limit Report is forwarded for ogginformation.
Included are the Fx limitsforratedthermalpower(xEore) planes, and for all core planescontainingB5nk c ntrol rods and all unrodded the plot of predicted (F q. Rel) vs. axial core height with the limit envelope.

Radial Peaking Factor Limit Report this Radial leaking Factor Limit kcport is provided in accordanct with lara raph 6.9.1.12 of the Callaway ';uclear 1lant 1echnical Specifications.
The F limits for RATED THERMAL ^PO.fER (3411 Mit) within specific core xy planes for Cycle 2 shall ben 1.
F less than or equal to 1.89 for all planes xy containing bank "D" control rods, and 2.
F less than or eg' al to' l.65 for all unrodded xy core planes.
These F,y(z) limits were used to confirm that the heat flux hot channel factor F (z) will be limited to the Technical Specification values of F (z) $ [
]'[K(s)) for P > 0.5 and.
g F (z) $ [4.64) [K(t)) for P f 0.5 assuming the most limiting axial power distributions expected to result from the insertion and removal of control banks B, C and 3 during operation, in-cluding the accompanying variatior.s in the axial xenon and power distributions as described in the " Power Distribution Control and Load Following Procedures",
i WCAF-8403, September,1974. Therefore, these F limits provide assurance that the initial conditions assumed in the-IcCA analNis are met, along with the ECCS acceptance criteria of 10CFR50.46 i
See Figure 1 for a plot of [F.Frd) vs. Axial Core Height.
