The Commission
- was briefed by the staff on the results of a public meeting on a proposed maintenance rule and the status of efforts to develop performance indicators to measure effective maintenance practices.
Chairman Zech encouraged the staff to continue efforts to submit to the Commission a proposed rule on maintenance by October 3, 1988.
