The West nght=m Electric Corporation hereby submits a revision updating the Physical Security Plan
- for the Commercial Nuclear Fuel Division's Fuel Fabrication Facility located near Columbia, South.
Carolina. This submittal is in response to " current practice" issues raised by your Inspector William Tobin in inspection 98-04; and, is being made in accordance with the provisions of 10CFR70.32(e),
. since it does not decrease the effectiveness of the currently approved Security Plan.
The changed Revision Record (enclosed as page x) describes the specific update. In addition, all other pages of the Plan have also been submitted, to match page numbers to the." Schedule'of Revisions."'
The minor changes to the drawings of a CAA barrier are considered to also be applicable to similar drawings in other CFFF License documents (License Application, FNMC Plan, etc.) that will not be so revised because they do not require the level of detail necessary for the Physical Security Plan.
