l'.5, N L CLE 4 R R EGL lATOR) Co\t\tlHloN EXPORT LICENSE Conditions license Number XSNM02376 Condition 1 - Licensee shall file with the Customs Officer or the Postmoster two copies,in addi-tion to those otherwise required, of the Shipper's Export Declaration covering each export and mark one of such copies for transmittol to the U.S. Nuclear Regu-lotory Commission, Washington, D.C. 20555.
