Subject:
INFORM'. TION PICKET LINE AT SITE Local 520 of the Harrisburg pipefitters union, established an information picket line at the north gate entrance to Unit No. 1.
Most of the licensee's employees have crossed the line and reported to work. Additional guards l
have been assigned to the north gate and the State Police are on the scene.
Unit No. 1 is operating at full power and has not been affected by this action.
The local is protesting the hiring practices of Mecury Company, a subcon-tractor working on Unit No. 2.

of Pennsylvania his been informed.
