Dear Mr. Thorne:
Enclosed is a request from Transnuclear Inc. to amend export license application XSNM02353 to 1) delete Transnuklear, GmbH and Nukem, in West Gennany, as intermediate consignees; 2) add Transnucleaire, SA, in France as intermediate consignee; 3) increase quantity of material to be exported; and 4) change form of material from uranium hexafluoride to uranium metal, Please consider this in conjunction with the original application which ois forwarded to you on September 18, 1987.
