- BEACH AREA NEAR SEABROOK STATION", prepared by Stone and Webster Engineering Corporation for New Hampshire Yankee (Revision 1 August 1987).

I am writing to make it clear that I was not consulted prior to the inclusion of my premises in the list of potential shelters, and that I do not intend to make my premises available for use as a shelter in the event of an emergency at Seabrook Station. '

I request that New Hampshire Yankee remove my premises from any list of potential shelters developed as part of any emergency response plans in connection with New Hampshire Yankee's efforts to obtain an operating license for Seabrook Station from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. I will not permit its use for sheltering purposes.
