Condition 2 - Exports outhorized in any country or destinction, except Country Groups O S, W, X, Y, and 2 in Port 370, Svoplement No.1, of the Comprehens ve Export Schedule i; of the U.S. Department of Commerce.
Condition 3 - This beense covers only the nuclear content of the materiol.
Condition 4 - The meterial to be exported under this hcense shall be sh pped in accordonce uh the physical protection reovirements for speciol nuclear meteool in 10 CFR 73 Condition 5 - Special nuclear moterial authorized for esport under th 5 l< cense shall not be transported outside the United States in possenger coriying airceof t in shipments ,
exceeding (1) 20 groms or 20 curies, whichever is less, of plutonium oi vronium 1 233, or (2) 350 grams of vronium 235. ,
Condition 6- This hcen:e authorizes esport only and dees not authonte the sece pt. phys col possession, or use of the nuclear mc toriol.
Condition 7 - The heensee sholl complete and submit on NRC Form 711 for each shipment of ,
source meterial exported under this hcense.
l Condition 8 - The licensee shall advise the NRC in the event there is any change in the designo. I tion of the company who will package the nuclear material to Le exported under this bcense, or any change in the location of the packaging operation, at teost three weeks prior to the scheduled date of export. ,
