MOTION OF ATTORNEY GENEPAL JAMES M. SHANNON FOR ENLARGEMENT OF TIME IN WHICH TO FILE PROPDSED_ElNDlHGE_EF__ FACT _AND RULINGS OF LAW The Massachusetts Attorney General ("Mass AG") moves this Board to enlargo the time in which it may file its Proposed Findings of Fact and Rulings of Law on the main track of this litigation.
The Mass AG's proposed Findings are presently due to be served by express mail on May 9, 1988.
The Mass AG seeks 10 additional days before this pleading must be filed.
In support of this motion, the Mass AG states:

The attorney primarily responsible for the preparation of this document has boon ill this week and unable to work full time on it.
The other attorney preparing a portion of the ploadi,ng has been occupied with the preparation of

contentions for the SPMC, amendments 3 and 4 to the SPMC, and preparation for the hearings that begin May 2, 1988.

On behalf of the Seacoast Anti-Pollution League
("SAPL"), the Mass AG also requests that SAPL be given an additional 10 days to prepare a memorandum of law supporting SAPL's Proposed Findings.
SAPL and all the other intervonors do not seek any extension for the filing of their respective Proposed Findings of Fact and Rulings of Law.
