1. As a result of the deobligations detailed above, Subsection B.3, Consideration and Obligation-Cost Plus Fixed Fee (Jun 1988) Alternate I (Jun 1991), paragraphs (a), (c) a hereby deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following:

2. Under Subsection C.3, Work Requirements, in the first paragraph the number "five" is l

replaced by the number "four," and the word " electrical" is deleted. Therefore, the first l

under subsection C.3 will mad "The contractor's BWR design inspection team consis individuals who are expert in the following disciplines: mechanical systems and instrum and controls (at least one in each discipline) are required to fulfill NRC's needs." In a under subsection C.3, a second, abbreviated design inspection schedule is hereby added immediately following the original inspection schedule.

3. A Stop Work Order was issued on June 15,1998, pursuant to FAR 52.242-15 entitled "Stop-Work Order Alternate I (Apr 1984), not to exceed 90 days. This modification cancels that Stop-Work Order effective September 21,1998.

As a result, subsection F.6, Duration of Contract Period (Mar 1987) Alternate 4 (Jun 1988), is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the followmg.

The period af this contract shall commence on October 1,1996 and will expire on December 7,1998."
