Dear Dr. Murley:
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54 (q) Con Edison submits herewith a controlled copy of page changes to Book II of the Emergency Procedures Document (EPD) for Indian Point Unit Nos. 1 and 2.
These changes do not reduce the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan and the Emergency Plan continues to meet the standard of 50.47 (b) and the requirements of Appendix E to 10 CFR 50.
As reconumended in Generic I,etter 81-17 " Privacy and Proprietary Materials in Emergency Plans" the following pages, as marked, are designated as proprietary:
Implementation Procedure Pages IP-1016 IP-1016-2,3,5 and 6 Please sign and return the controlled copy sign off sheet as indicated thereon, to acknowledge receipt of these changes.
