are not pany to the Convention on the Physical Protection of Nuclear Material This letter coutitutes Transnuclear Inc.'s advance notification to the USNRC in compliance with the requirements as outlined in 10 CFR 73.74(a)(1)(2) for an import shipment of low strategic significance material from Countries that are not party to the Convention on the Physical Protection of Nuclear Material.
