APPLICANT'S FIFTH PARTIAL RESPONSE TO ROREM'S SECOND SET OF QUALITY ASSURANCE INTERROCATORIES AND REQUESTS TO PRODUCE On October 23, 1985, Intervenors Rorem, et. al. ("Intervenors")
filed their Second Set of Quality Assurance Interrogatories and Request to Produce. Applicant filed a first partial response on November 15, 1985 and responded to the remainder of the specific interrogatories in Intervenors' Second Set on November 22, 1985. On December 6, 1985 and December 13, 1985 respectively, Applicant filed third and fourth partial responses which included indices to BCAP documents. This submission which is Applicant's Fifth Partial Response supplements the indices and descriptions in the Third Partial Response and the Fourth Partial Response.
In addition, this partial response provides the Index of Documents Withheld By w
Applicant Under Claims of Privilege (Part II) which supplements the index provided in Applicant's Tenth Partial Response to Intervenors First Set of QA Interrogatories and Request to Produce served on October 9, 1985.

. e-t BCAP DOCtDENTS As indicated in Applicant's previous responses, the BCAP Task Force. BCAP QA, and Sargent & Lundy have created a massive volume of BCAP documentation. Applicant has made_.these documents available where they are stored for Intervenors' inspection and copying and has by agreement between its counsel and Intervenors' counsel made copies of certain of these documents available at the offices of Isham, Lincoln & Beale.
. to this response is a supplement to the Index of Listing of BCAP Informal. Files (see Attachment 4 of Applicant's Third Partial Response as supplemented by Attachment 1 to Applicant's Fourth Partial Response).
This' attachment completes the

description of BCAP documents which are currently available for 4
review at the Braidwood site.

Approximately 400 documents which relate to BCAP were produced I
as part of Applicant's general document production from the working r
files of Commonwealth Edison employees and contractors at the Braidwood Site and from various individuals at the Commonwealth Edison and Sargent and Lundy offices downtown. These documents are L
indexed under Interrogatory Code B7A.
These documents are available for inspection and copying at the offices of Isham, Lincoln & Beale, Three First Natioal Plaza, Chicago, Il 60602.

Sargent & Lundy informally maintains a number of void calculations that relate'to invalidated BCAP Observations. These calculations were not used to determine whether to invalidate observations or to support the BCAP report or conclusions of BCAP.
These documents are not relevant to either Intervenors' Amended QA Contention or to BCAP or the BCAP Report and arw, therefore, not available for inspection and copying.
PRIVILEGED DOCUMENTS The majority of documents 1isted on the privilege log

(Attachment 2) are draft material used in preparation of the BCAP Final Report. In addition a number of. drafts of the Corroded Pipe Report are also listed on the index.
These reports were prepared with the participation of Isham, Lincoln & Beale attorneys in anticipation of litigation.
