ORDER Our Memorandum and Order dated February 7,1986 sought additional information from the Applicants and Staff (and CCANP if it wished) concerning one of the substantive issues raised by CCANP's fourth motion to reopen the Phase II record. At the time we issued the Memorandum and Order, we were not aware of the interest of the State of Texas in the CCANP motion.
We today have received the State of Texas' response to the CCANP motion. Given that response, we invite Texas also to respond (if it wishes) to the request for additional information set forth in our February 7,1986 Memorandum and Order. Such response shall be filed by February 21, 1986.
