POTENTIALLY DEFECTIVE ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT In out continuing reviews of the records obtained from the five California companies, additional invoices and orders have been found that identify GSA and certain other government agencies as the customer. By separate corres-pondence, the NRC nas also provided copies of this material to affected agencies, as noted in the enclosed list. A copy of each invoice and order is enclosed. These are in addition to the copies sent to you by letter dated August 1, 1988.
