Dear Mr. Lofy.
Based on the information provided in your letter of 8/28/98, this modification is being retransmitted for the purpose of deobligating excess funds in the amount of $868.97, and takes into consideration an indirect rate adjustment of 3.96 for overhead and 0.138 FCCM for your Fiscal Year Ending 6/30/98.
As a result of this deobligation, the total amount obligated under this task order is changed from
$34,659.04 to $33,790.07.
