ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT NO. 24 TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NO. R 12CHNICAL SPECIFICATION REVISIONS The Connission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 24 to Facility Operating License No. R-81 for the Cintichem Inc. reactor. The amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications (TS) in response to your application dated July 21, 1988.
The amendrent consists of channes to your TS to account for the substitution of a Keithley Log-N amplifier in place of a Honeywell Log-N amplifier.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation supporting Amendment No. 24 is enclosed.
