NRC-04-94-053 Modification No. 24 Page 1 of 2 The purpose of this modification to: (1) correct Modification No. 23 to reflect a ceiling of
$1,476,275, and (2) provide incremental funding in the amount of $8,018.00. Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:
1.
Section B.4, Consideration and Obligation, paragraphs a. and d. are deleted in their entirety and the following paragraphs are substituted in lieu thereof:
"a.
The total estimated cost to the Government for full performance of NRC's portion of this contract (Base period + option year 1, option year 2, and option year 3)is
$1,476,275.00 of which the amount of $ 1,405,197 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and the amount of $71,078 represents the fixed fee.
d.
The amount currently obligated by the government for the NRC's portion of the work is $1,471,508."
This modification obligates funding in the amount of $8,018.00 All other terms and conditions of the subject contract remain unchanged.
