The inspection was conducted in order to verify compliance with NRC Confirmation of Action Letters with respect to the removal of licensed naterial I
and decontamination of the Evanston facility, to review the action taken in

response to previous inspection findings, and to perform an independent closeout survey, The inspection consisted of selective examinations of i
procedures and representative records, interviews of personnel, independent measurements, and observations by the NRC inspector.
No violations of NRC requirements were identified during this inspection.
