Enclosed is a request from Transnuclear, Inc. to amend export license application XSNM02353 to 1) delete Transnuklear GmbH and Nukem, in West Gennany, as intemediate consignees; 2) add Transnucleaire, SA, in France t
as intermediate consignee; 3) increase quantity of taterial to be exported; and 4) change form of material from uranium hexafluoride to uranium metal.
