In accordance with our recent telephone conversation and 10CFR95.21 AlChemIE confirms that approval for its security facility in the Pine Ridge Office Park, Oak Ridge,
-l Tennessee will no longer be required.
That is, AlChemIE is withdrawing its request for security facility approval.
The need for storing classified documents at the Pine Ridge Office facility is no longer required since DOE has made i
office space available within the security crea of the Centrifuge Plant Demonstration Facility.
Each of the two offices to be used by A1ChemIE at CPDF has an approved safe for classified document storage.
