Special Inspection No.88-070 On March 16, 1988, Mr. John Miller of this office conducted a safety inspection at the above address of activities permitted by the general license as authorized by 10 CFR 31.5.
The inspection was limited to a review of your possession and use of static eliminators manufactured by the Minnesota Mining and Manufactoring Company (3M) and to perform an independent survey to verify and validate the effectiveness of your surveys and decontamination efforts.
The findings of the inspection were discussed with you at the conclusion of the inspection.
Selected areas of your facility were surveyed using a Ladium Model 61 air proportional counter.
No residual contamination was found and no radiation levels above background radiation levels were measured.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were identified.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice", Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the Public Document Room.
