Dear Dr. Murley:
Enclosed for filing with the Commission is the executed original of Philadelphia Electric Company's Application for Amendment of Facility Operating License DPR-44.
This Application requests changes to the Peach Bottom Unit 2 Technical Specifications to correct errors and revise nomenclature on Figures 3.5.1.M and 3.5.1.N.
There is also transmitted herewith Errata and Addenda Sheet No. 12 to NEDO-24081 and Supplement 1 to NEDE-24081.
The latter document contains information which we have been advised is proprietary to General Electric Company.
A request to withhold this document from public disclosure is set forth in the Application.
In accordance with Section 170.12 of the Commission's Regulations, enclosed is Philadelphia Electric Company's check in the amount of
$150 to cover the filing fee for this Application.
