SECOND NOTICE - Expiration of Contract No. NRC-33-96-180
Dear Mr. Lamb:
The subject contract expired on April 2, 1998, and we are initiating closeout action.
However, pending completion of all required closecut requirements, it is necessary to deobligate-excess funds remaining under this contract for other immediate agency requirements.
Therefore, enclosed for your review and execution are three (3) signed copies of the subject modification deobligating excess funds in the amount of $5,767.69.
Please have an appropriate official sign all three (3) copies and return two (2) copies to the address below within ten (10) days from date of this letter.
You should retain one (1) fully executed copy for your files.
