Preservice examinations of engineered safety systems completed to date include the volumetric examination of piping welds in the residual heat removal, containment heat removal, and emergency core cooling systems.
Volumetric examinations were performed on these welds in excess of the eight percent as comitted by letter dated May 6,1985, and identified as SER Confirmatory Item 23.
Records of this augmented examination program are available at the site for your review.
