Dear Commissioner Rocque:
This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter datad August 19,1998 to Chairman Jackson.
In that letter you expressed concern abot t the health and safety of the residents of the State of Connecticut. This concern is associated with 44 deteriorating barrels of radioactive l
contaminated waste that remain on the site of the Butkin Precision Manufacturing Company's plant in Milford, Connecticut after a fire at the plant more than 10 years ago.
