Enclosed is Revision 4
to Issue 4 of the Beaver Valley Power Station Physical Security Plan (PSP).
Revision 4 changes include:
(1)
A new Corporate Management Structure for the Security Organization.
(2)
Clarification on the Security Perimeter Lighting System
- that, initial and restrike time limits are in relation to 80% output of the fixtures capabilities.
(3)
Deletion of the 6R Outage temporary structures from Figure 3-1A.
(4)
Expansion of the Unit 2
Auxiliary Building Vital Area Barrier to include a
portion of the Waste Handling Area.
The Alarm System (Balanced Magnetic Switch) for this area has been relocated to the revised entry points of the Vital Area.
The Waste Handling Area was originally designed to be a Vital Area.
(5)
New Address Point identification numbers for Intrusion Alarms surrounding the Secondary Access Facility (Figure 3-2).
These changes have been reviewed and judged not to constitute a degradation to the previous commitments in the PSP.

effectiveness of the Physical Security Plan, are being submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p).
