will be issued on or about August This action is based on an event in w IS,hich inaccurate reactor vessel water level indication twice resulted in cavitation of and subsequent loss of the operating shutdown cooling pump. The plant exVanced a similar problem in July 1986 and the failure to fully implement the corrective actions for that event forms ,

part of the basis for the proposed action, i It should be noted that the licensee has not been specifically informed of the ,

enforcement action. The schedule of issuance and notification is: '
